Delivery confirmation is purchased for all packages to protect ourselves from claims of non-delivery. If the USPS confirms the delivery and you have not purchased insurance. We are not responsible for the package. The tracking number will be provided upon request.

RETURN POLICY You must Email ahead before returning an item. All returns must be received in new, unused condition with no signs of wear. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of orignial ship date. All refunds will be given in the form of a store credit or a replacement item. We do not refund postage fees, customer pays postage on all returns and replacement items. In all cases there will be a 15% re-stocking fee [25% on returns over $60.00].
